LIFE-STAGE CONNECTIONS (3)

These sessions run throughout the year and are designed to develop on-going connection and purpose as we age. Each month we explore recurring themes such as courage, vulnerability  wisdom and purpose as these are key factors in ageing well. Over several years Life-Stage has developed a range of engaging activities to support a positive mental attitude. After mid-life , time seems to speed up, so this day is a chance for us to slow down together, to breath, to listen empathically and to share. We use tried and tested ways to explore where we are on the ageing journey and what it is that we want for ourselves and our community It’s a space to let go of what is no longer working in your life so that by the end of the session you can leave with fresh energy and new hope..
