REFUND POLICY

Our Refund Policy for all events is as follows:

More Than 72 Hours Notice – Full Refund: A full refund and/or offer of another place on another Training will be given (subject to availability) 

Less Than 72 Hours Notice - No Automatic Refund: If you give less than 72 hours’ notice that you will not be attending, and we are unable to fill your place, then no refund will be given for any fees paid – exceptional circumstances will be considered.

Do Not Show Up for the Event with No Notice – No Refund: No refund will be granted if you fail to come to the Training that you have signed up for and do not give notice.

Do Not Complete the Training – No Automatic Refund: If you leave the training before the agreed finishing time, no automatic refund will be granted and the circumstances of your leaving will need to be reviewed. If you do leave, you will, however, be permitted to attend another Life-Stage Training  (within one year of the training you left) to complete your training at no extra cost, provided there is an open spot for you.
